During the three-hour session, we will cover:
- What do we mean by commercial property?
- Ownership structures and non-resident landlords
- Capital expenditure and availability of capital allowances, including structures and buildings allowance
- Premiums and lease incentives, plus tax issues around onerous leases
- CGT and SDLT issues
- VAT problems for commercial property
Aimed at professional advisers, the webinar is part of the K3 Hub training and events programme.
All our courses are free to attend and delegates qualify for three hours of structured CPD for the events delivered by Tolley on our behalf.
