In our last accredited CPD course of 2023, delivered in conjunction with leading training provider Tolley, Jeremy Mindell returns to cover tax for non-tax specialists.
The webinar looks at compliance issues that would concern HR, Finance, Sales, Business strategy and Company Secretarial as well as Remuneration specialists, and is aimed at anyone who has to consider tax as part of their management or planning responsibilities.
This session explores the consequences of the decisions made in other areas on taxation and also the compliance and reporting obligations that are shared between a tax department and other parts of the business.
The three-hour online session broadly covers:

- Capital vs Revenue
- Deductible and non-deductible expenses
- Making Tax Digital
- VAT
- International tax compliance
The purpose of the seminar is for participants to understand elements of taxation where input from outside the tax department is important.

Our trainer
The session will be delivered by Jeremy Mindell.
Jeremy has been lecturing in taxation for over 20 years. An accomplished and entertaining speaker, Jeremy is in high demand when it comes to speaking at conferences, particularly those relating to tax, pensions, share schemes and remuneration.
