K3’s Tax Division experiencing a period of strong growth
Since K3’s acquisition of R&D tax credit specialists randd, the Derbyshire based business has achieved significant growth, helping more and more clients claim back a portion of their research and development spend through the Government’s R&D Tax Credits initiatives.
randd boats an average first claim size of £50,000, owing to it’s exceptionally experienced team who take the time to maximise each client’s claim whilst taking the burden away from the business at every stage of the process. The team’s 100% success rate is down to their detailed knowledge of how the scheme works, how HMRC interpret what’s eligible, and the precise way HMRC expect submissions to be presented.
Over the last year, randd has employed 3 new members of staff and are planning to appoint several more over the coming months to meet the demands of their growing client portfolio. To ensure the company has the capacity to increase its staff numbers, randd are also in the process of moving to a new office in Derby with state-of-the-art facilities and sufficient space to support the continued growth of the business.
The projected growth of the tax division at K3 Capital Group has been very strong, with randd increasing the number of claims filed to HMRC significantly over the last year. Growth is expected to be supported by the recent additions of inTax and Knight R&D to K3’s tax division that will allow the group to specialise in technology and software claims R&D claims as well as general tax investigations claims.
The recent growth of K3’s Tax Division is set to make it one of the key players in the UK tax advisory arena.
