Our second Accentuate by K3 Hub webinar of the year takes place on Friday 28th April 2023.

Split into two sessions, this webinar includes an update on HMRC’s latest activity followed by a one-hour practice development session on how advisers can get the best out of their teams.
HMRC update – 9.00am to 9.30am
In this session, Jeremy Johnson, Managing Director of inTAX, will provide an update on HMRC activity and offer advice for advisers with clients facing challenges in the following areas:
- Notices of requirement for security for VAT and PAYE
- The worldwide disclosure facility
Getting the best out of your team – 9.30am to 10.30am
Effective team working can hold the key to three critical areas of running a successful firm: client satisfaction, employee engagement and financial performance.
In this session, Ben Rawal, Managing Director of Soft Skills, will explain how the ‘triple threat’ of customers, employees and performance can be enhanced by carefully considering how to align an effective team environment with your business culture and what constitutes success for your firm. This session will cover areas including:
- The fundamentals of creating a high-performing team – how you can maximise your chances of success
- What every team needs regardless of business type, sector, history, or future aspirations
- The importance of intra-team dynamics
Ben will share his experience of working in professional services, including a series of team-related challenges and how these were overcome.
