Employment Law and HR Update
Online CPD course delivered by Tolley
Friday 3rd March 2023
9am – 12pm
In our third accredited CPD course of 2023, delivered in conjunction with leading training provider Tolley, we revisit employment law and the latest developments in HR.
We are delighted to welcome back Toni Trevett, experienced HR practitioner specialising in employment law and employee relations.
During the session, Toni will cover the most common and useful areas of late by reviewing case law over the last year or so, and take you through what is proposed, in terms of new legislation, and what is likely to happen in the near future.
The three-hour session will focus on:
- What is new in employment legislation over the last 12 months
- Key case law that shapes how people and situations are managed legally
- Hot topics in HR
- What legislation might we see in 2023 and thereafter
- Changes in statutory calculations
This session is suitable for all accountants, people managers, business managers and business advisers who need to have an awareness of employment law in order to assess any possible risk and understand the impact recent developments may have on businesses both large and small.
All our courses are free to attend and, if attending the live session, delegates qualify for three hours of structured CPD for the events delivered by Tolley on our behalf.
