In this session, Jo Edwards, Managing Director at JE Consulting, takes a look at changes to the sales and marketing landscape over the next 12 months, including a review of niche marketing and digital marketing. She will talk through some real life case studies and give delegates practical tips and tools to take away and action.
Getting in the right frame of mind – 9.45am to 10.30am
Creating an effective and resilient mindset is an essential aspect of working within a professional services firm, regardless of its size or the individual’s level of seniority. In this session, Ben Rawal, Managing Director of Soft Skills, will explore the fundamentals of creating the right mindset and how this can lead to:
- Creating more resilience during times of stress
- Building effective long-term relationships that offer tangible benefits
- Managing conflict in a more productive way for all parties
Ben will share practical hints and tips from his experience of working with leaders, teams and individuals in professional services firms, together with the challenges he has experienced with some of his clients.
