VAT in a post-Brexit UK – Online CPD course delivered by Tolley

1 January 2021 brought changes to the VAT rules and procedures for transactions between the UK and EU member states. And further changes are imminent with new EU VAT rules being introduced in a matter of weeks.
This is the first in a series of eight accredited CPD courses running throughout this year and next, delivered by the K3 Hub in conjunction with leading training provider Tolley.
This online training course examines the changes in VAT rules for cross-border transactions as a result of Brexit.

Malcolm qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989 and as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 1995 winning the John Wood Medal for the best paper on Business Taxation. He worked for BPP for 18 years where he lectured on financial reporting and tax. His other roles at BPP included setting up a successful office in Luton, project managing a new ERP system including on-line booking and directing ATT and CIOT courses. In 2004 he moved to the Professional Development division of BPP and was appointed Head of Finance and Tax Programmes.
In 2008 Malcolm left and set up his own training and consultancy company which he has run ever since. He continues to design and deliver accounting and tax programmes to accounting firms and clients across a wide range of industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, airlines and oil and gas. He is passionate about training and his enthusiasm ensures that participants enjoy the learning experience. Malcolm also provides consultancy advice to accounting firms and companies on a wide range of accounting, direct tax and VAT matters.
