Marcus has extensive experience advising wealthy families and entrepreneurs, including specialist work in Court of Protection, trustee and deputyship matters.
At Pareto, he advises on personal and corporate financial planning, helping clients achieve their long-term goals through holistic, cash-flow-led planning.
Alex Brandreth

Chief Investment Officer at Luna Investment Management
Alex is Chief Investment Officer at Luna, where he oversees the firm’s investment strategy and chairs the Luna Investment Committee, guiding asset allocation and security selection. He also leads the Luna Model Portfolio Service.
Alex joined Luna in 2020 after nearly a decade at Brown Shipley, where he served as Deputy Chief Investment Officer. A recognised industry figure, he has appeared in Citywire’s Top 100 Wealth Managers and PAM Top 40 Under 40.
Adrian Howells

Managing Director at K3 Deal Advisory
Adrian is a Managing Director in the K3 Deal Advisory team, advising SME owners, management teams and private equity investors on exits, acquisitions and strategic growth. He specialises in sell-side transactions, buy-side mandates and Employee Ownership Trusts, with experience across a broad range of sectors in the lower and mid-market.
A chartered accountant with over 10 years’ deal experience, combined with prior CFO and financial controller roles, he brings both adviser and operator perspective.
Holly Bedford

Managing Director at K3 Tax Advisory
Holly is a transaction tax specialist advising on corporate sales and acquisitions, MBOs, group reconstructions. private equity backed corporate finance investments and sales to Employee Ownership Trusts. She also specialises in advising on share incentive schemes and employee share related tax issues.
Holly advises shareholders in small- medium sized corporate groups and family companies in relation to their corporate, personal and employee tax issues. She also advises investors on the structuring and implementing of corporate acquisitions.
